Experience snorkelling with expert marine biologist Will Jones. As a beginner you’ll learn to use the equipment properly and learn effective snorkelling techniques while discovering and identifying the local marine life in Clovelly bay.

Look out for the famous blue gropers while you learn about and experience the diverse marine life in these protected near-shore reefs in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

Snorkelling gear provided as part of this activity. Wetsuit recommended.

Meet on the east side of Seasalt Cafe at Clovelly Beach. We will walk down to the water following an introductory talk on the marine life in the area and a briefing on the snorkel equipment.

Conditions: Minimum age 8yrs. Children under 16 must be accompanied in the water by an adult. Adults accompanying children in the water need to pay for the activity. Ratio of 1 adult to 2 children. Adults and children must be able to swim a minimum of 50 metres.
