The Australasian Land and Groundwater Association are hosting an event on September 18 on ‘PFAS Ananlysis – Where’s it Heading? and What Should we be Measuring Anyway?
Ms Janice Willey, Senior Chemist, United States Navy, will discuss developments in PFAS analysis in the US that may impact on Australian requirements in the future. Supporting speakers include: Ms Amanda Lee, AECOM presenting on ‘What biota can be adequately approximated from existing risk assessment tools for PFAS?’; and Mr Karl Bowles, RPS presenting on ‘Are bioaccumulation factors useful for regulation of PFOS in aquatic exosystems’.
