Learn from our expert guides about the Aboriginal culture at La Perouse (Guriwal). You’ll discover the local flora and fauna and learn about the region’s diverse history. This guided tour will take you through native bush and along the coastline concluding at the La Perouse Museum. You’ll explore the Dreaming of the land, taste bush tucker; be involved in a traditional ochre ceremony and a ‘Welcome to the Country’ and hear how the Aboriginal people hunted, fished and gathered throughout the area.
Meet at The Snake Pit in Cann Park, Anzac Parade, La Perouse. Maximum 20 people. Minimum age 8 years. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
